Production time
Standard builds are made in 3–5 business days. Premium builds are made in 5–8 business days. Shipping time comes on top of production time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Orders of $150 or more ship free within the US.
These are typical ranges for a first item. Your exact cost is shown at checkout:
T-shirts within the US usually cost $4.50–$6.50 to ship.
Hoodies usually cost $6–$9 to ship.
If your order ships in more than one parcel
Items in one order can be produced by different partners and ship separately. Your order may arrive in more than one parcel, and its status may show “Partially Shipped”.
Tracking can pause briefly when a parcel changes carriers. That is normal.
International orders
Duties or taxes may apply to international orders. On some routes they are collected at checkout. On other routes they may be due on delivery, depending on the production partner.
Made to order and returns
Because each piece is made when ordered, general and sizing returns are not offered. If there is a quality problem, it will be made right within 30 days. Send a photo of the issue.
